Investment. South partners with investors looking to develop real estate platforms or invest in existing vehicles in Portugal. We generally look to co-invest in those transactions in order to ensure alignment of interest.

Advisory. In some cases, according to investors’ profile or specific situations, South acts solely as an advisor.
